We’ve had a few unexpected issues with our Pre-made Plunge pool (purchased from another company), and we’re so grateful that Joel and his team at Aqua Dreamz, who handled the installation, have been there to help. Most recently, the pump failed far earlier than expected. Even though Joel didn’t supply the pool, he was incredibly responsive and went above and beyond, sourcing a replacement at wholesale price and getting it sorted quickly. It’s rare to find someone who genuinely cares about their clients’ experience. His support has made a frustrating situation so much easier. Exceptional service, genuine care, and a commitment to doing the right thing, that’s been our experience with Aqua Dreamz. Highly recommend. Sara & Jordy

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Joel and his crew at Aqua Dreamz renovated our pool, originally done in 2014, and made it look brand new again! They were courteous, professional, and did a fantastic job. Pool continues to look new after so many years. Highly recommend. Give him a call for your next project.

Aqua Dreamz did an amazing job in our Bali inspired backyard. Joel was extremely professional and organised, and back up service was exemplary. Despite problems and holdups with our house build, the pool was finished on time and to 5 star quality. Our home was a working AirBnB. Everyone commented on the pool area and it most certainly added to the appeal of our property and our consequent bookings. Always a bit of a gamble choosing a pool builder but we highly recommend Joel and Aqua Dreamz as a trustworthy and professional business. You wont be sorry!

Joel and his team were brilliant. Very approachable and friendly through the whole process, and we were super impressed with his follow up care once the job was completed too. Pool and spa are now 5 years old, still look brand new and have had no problems at all. Still getting lots of compliments from all our visitors!
